Abstract:

One characteristic of the corpuscle terminal differentiation is haemoprotein expression and surgical procedure. within the gift study, by mistreatment period of time genteel Friend Virus Anemia-inducing (FVA) cells, scanning microscopy (SEM), technique combined with optical maser scanning confocal research (LSCM), the FVA cells elicited by glycoprotein (EPO) for were used for: 1) to review the form and proportion of cells at completely different differentiating stages, operation} process, the formation of blood islands, and engulfment of nuclei by macrophages in real time, 2) to quantitatively analyze corpuscle cell surface markers as well as CD71 and Ter119, and cytoskeletal-associated proteins (stathmin, septin8 and RBBP4). The results of period of time observation of surgical procedure indicated that it took concerning seven to eight hours to make the nuclei from karyopyknosis (polychromatic erythroblasts). It more showed that the macrophages engulfed the expelled corpuscle nuclei. SEM showed a spread of shapes of the emergent reticulocytes. within the method of corpuscle differentiation, expressiosn of each the transferring receptors CD71 and Ter119 were more than that of adult blood cells, whereas, cytoskeletal-associated proteins (stathmin, septin8 and RBBP4) cut step by step. Therefore, systematic observation of the method of differentiation and surgical procedure can give a deeper understanding of cellular and molecular mechanisms for corpuscle differentiation and carcinogenesis.
