Abstract:

Angiopoietins and TIE2 ar necessary for blood and lymph vessel reworking throughout embryonic, postpartum development and physiological state of the mature vasculature and expected to be a valuable marker in leukaemia. this study aimed to assess the expression of TIE2 and angiopoietin-2 in leukaemia and its correlation with illness behaviour. The study enclosed sixty two patients and nineteen sex- and age-matched healthy controls, divided into a pair of teams, twenty one Acute Lymphoblastic cancer (ALL) patients, and forty one Acute Myeloid cancer (AML) patients and nineteen sex- and age-matched healthy controls. Bone marrow (BM) aspirate examination, Immunophenotyping and assessment of TIE2 expression for peripheral or BM samples by Flow cytometer and blood serum angiopoietin-2 by mistreatment enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
